VodafoneZiggo was born in 2017 from the merger of Vodafone Netherlands and Liberty Global’s Dutch operations. A fusion that created a new telecom giant, combining three strong consumer brands under one roof. In one of the most dynamic and competitive markets in Europe, VodafoneZiggo’s challenge is to operate as one integrated company while staying agile enough to meet fast-changing customer expectations.
Beyond the operational integration, the real task has been to build one identity around a shared purpose: shaping sustainable connections. This idea of ‘connection’ goes far deeper than the technology: it is about enabling people to work, live, and grow together in a digital society.
The 2022 Integrated Annual Report marks a milestone in that journey.
