Design Lead - Corporate Reporting & Communications

We’re looking for a Design Lead who takes the lead on the design direction within our reporting projects. Someone who understands that a report is not the end, but the start of a wider communication story, and knows how to translate that into clear, consistent design across channels. You bring clarity to complexity and set a clear design direction that drives the work forward.

We are DartDesign, a strategic design agency in Amsterdam. We turn complex content into clear, compelling communication, from corporate reporting to brand and stakeholder engagement.

With a strong focus on sustainability and corporate reporting, we work for clients like ABN AMRO, BAM, FrieslandCampina, Lipton, VodafoneZiggo and Vopak. We design reports and extend them into consistent communication across channels.

You are

  • Conceptually strong and decisive

  • Curious and critical

  • Driven to raise the bar for the work and the team

  • Thinking beyond the report and understanding the broader communication context

You bring

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in design

  • A curious and open mind

  • Creative problem solver

  • Passion for complex and content heavy design

  • Experienced in B2B and corporate brands

  • Ability to translate strategy into clear design direction

  • Strong editorial design and data visualization skills

  • Understanding of how reporting connects to broader corporate communication

  • Experience with platforms like F19, Workiva or Tangelo is a big plus

  • Digital mindset, you think beyond print

  • Confident in presenting and defending your work at senior

  • Able to lead and guide designers, bringing clarity and focus

  • Skilled in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator and similar tools

  • Motion skills are a big plus

  • Based in the Netherlands with a valid working permit

  • Dutch is a benefit but not a must
